Welcome to CrossFit of the Ozarks

Stay-at-home moms, soldiers, adventurers, runners, football players, firemen, police and anyone else striving to be in the best shape of their lives train at CrossFit of the Ozarks. We are a community of like minded people who believe that the limits humans set before them in life are merely glass ceilings.

CFO can help you whether you are training for an event, military service, want to lose weight or just want to look and feel good.

We believe in using a variety of functional everyday movements that life demands mixed with intensity based on each individual’s current capacity. Then, we turn it up, taking you to the next level. Our workouts are usually completed in less than 30 minutes. The CrossFit methodology will improve your performance in the 10 General Physical Skills in life.

We have FREE workouts on Saturday mornings at 9am. This will expose you to CrossFit. Doing CrossFit coupled with a reasonable diet, will change your life!! We will show you how to achieve your fitness goals.
