I love the feeling of fearing a workout then you suck it up and do it. Once you are done you feel amazing then you get a feeling that you can do anything. We do CrossFit to be fit for life.

The Tee's, Tanks, and Racerbacks are FINALLY in, and they're awesome! I'll be at the gym all afternoon if you want to pick some up. $20/ea. I should have plenty for everyone, even if you didn't get an order in. The sizing seems pretty accurate.
