Group Schedule  
ASK ABOUT ADDITIONAL CLASS TIMES WE WILL BE ADDING CLASSES BY REQUEST AND AS MEMBERSHIP GROWS.

600 AM Group Class all levels
900 AM Group Class all levels ( firefighters schedule )
430 PM Group Class all levels
530PM  Advanced Group ( capped and closed for now )
630 PM Group Class all levels

Saturdays Free Friends and Family 9AM to 10AM ( see Free Saturdays tab up top )
Saturday 10AM to 11AM Open Gym for members only


Group Class pricing  
115.00 per month unlimited classes 200.00 couple ( 2 family members drafted from same acct. )  

ALL GROUP athletes must attend a minimum of 4 Basic Training classes  
Basic training – 4 classes cost 100.00 maximum of 8 athletes per class  
Basic Training includes Crossfit foundations, safety, methodology, goals, nutrition and basic movements introduction to 9 foundational movements.  

Pre training does not include monthly membership. Upon completion of pretraining athletes will be required to pay monthly dues and register for group class.

Saturdays only 35.00 per month

Military / Fire / LEO 15.00 discount
Family Discount  15.00 per family member
Cannot combine discounts


Personal training encouraged if you wish to advance to expedite learning or need additional instruction. PT Rate 40.00 / hr.

Athletes transferring from other boxes or those who have completed L1 training will require a 2 class intro ( with a CFH trainer ) that covers skills assessment, box safety and culture at a rate of 50.00 per athlete.


Drop in rate 1st timer buy a shirt 15.00 additional visits  
Punch cards available 10 visits 100.00 / 5 visits 60.00 ( No pre training required ) 3 month expiration  
Punch cards are for group or open ( experience required )

Filling out your waiver 1st will get you into training or class quicker. Just complete it and bring it in with you.
