The ultimate goal at CrossFit Arsenal is life changing fitness. Our number one priority is nutrition- “ You cannot out-train poor nutrition!” We focus on short, intense, high power workouts. A mixture of power lifting, Olympic lifting, body weight exercises, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning produce the best possible results when striving for elite fitness. Paired with a different workout every day, our group classes offer an encouraging and competitive environment, pushing athletes to perform at the highest level.
